We are currently seeking a Senior Lawyer in International Corporate Tax to set up and develop our Tax department. You will act as a strategic advisor and legal sparring partner working on a variety of transactional and advisory matters in a fast-paced, cross-border context.
You are a Belgian-qualified lawyer who brings over 7 years of experience in international corporate tax law. You have demonstrable experience in stock-options and incentive plans, capital gains tax, corporate restructurings, and tax structuring of M&A transactions.
You combine technical excellence with business acumen and a client-focused mindset. You are hands-on, autonomous, agile, and results driven. Team leadership experience is a strong plus.
