Laura Rosseel is senior associate and advises technology and life sciences companies on a wide range of corporate, commercial and intellectual property matters. Her professional focus is venture capital and M&A, whereby she assists emerging and established companies and investors in a variety of corporate transactions, including formation, fundraising, equity incentives schemes, strategic collaborations, trade sales and joint ventures for clients at all stages of growth.
In addition, Laura also assists innovative companies in structuring and negotiating technology transactions, such as commercial exploitation of technology, license agreements, research and development collaborations and distribution arrangements, and follows up on other IP-related day-to-day advice, ensuring solid intellectual property management throughout the lifecycle of the company.
Laura obtained her master of law at UGent. Laura also obtained an LL.M in corporate law at LSE. Prior to joining Cambrian, Laura was an associate at Cresco.
