We are expanding our team with Senior Associates in Corporate Law. You will provide innovative companies and their investors a full spectrum of corporate legal advisory services, including M&A, fund formation, PE/VC investments, and joint ventures.
The ideal candidate is a Belgian-qualified lawyer with 3 to 7 years of experience in investment transactions, M&A, and general corporate matters. You bring sharp legal insight, a solid track record, and the confidence to handle complexity. While qualifications matter, we value your drive for excellence, your focus on results, and your commitment to delivering real value to clients even more.
