Xhun is a paralegal in our corporate law team, with a focus on venture capital financing. He assists the team in advising startups throughout their lifecycle, from inception through financing rounds and exits, as well as investor representation in venture capital and private equity financing transactions.
Prior to joining Cambrian, Xhun worked for two years for a Belgian venture capital fund as in-house legal counsel.
Xhun is currently completing a specialised master’s degree in Company and Business Law at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
