Toor is a paralegal focusing on advising innovative emerging and high-growth companies throughout all stages of their life cycle, as well as venture capital funds. He supports the team on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.
He assists clients in general corporate advisory work, including venture financings, corporate governance, fund formation and mergers and acquisitions. With a particular interest in the legal challenges faced by scaling businesses and investment structures, Toor approaches each matter with precision and a solution-oriented mindset.
Toor is currently completing his Master of Laws at KU Leuven, where he specializes in Corporate Law.
