Lukas is an associate providing comprehensive support to clients across a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters. His focus areas include venture capital transactions, mergers & acquisitions, as well as strategic initiatives, such as joint ventures and partnerships.
Prior to joining Cambrian, Lukas accumulated valuable experience serving as DPO and legal officer. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Ghent (UGent) and has furthered his expertise through an advanced Master’s program in Company Law at the University of Leuven (KUL), complemented by a certified Data Protection Officer degree from the Data Protection Institute.
