Lotte is a senior associate with a focus on corporate law within the technology and innovation scene. Lotte advises clients on a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, spin-offs, and private equity investments. Her approach blends in-depth legal knowledge with a commercial mindset, helping clients to navigate complex corporate challenges and achieve their growth ambitions.
Lotte obtained her master of law at Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), complemented with a master in general management at Vlerick Business School.
Prior to joining Cambrian in 2024, Lotte was an associate at Argo Law.
