Isabelle Dierckx is a counsel, with a focus on commercial law and IP/IT law. She plays a leading role in the Cambrian Counsel-as-a-Service offering, designed to support its corporate client portfolio in their daily operations and strategic goals, including due diligence readiness.
Isabelle has a particular expertise in negotiating global (SaaS) agreements, partnerships, and supplier contracts always offering practical legal guidance to ensure successful closure of deals and projects. She advises on data protection and security matters ensuring adherence to key legal standards including GDPR, the AI and Data Act, and NIS2. Isabelle assists in SLAs, APIs, use of AI, IP protection, compliance management and ISO-27001 certification.
With a background in providing all-around legal services as Head of Legal at Silverfin and as Legal Counsel at Hyundai Motor Europe, Isabelle brings a wealth of in-house experience to her role. She obtained a master of law at University of Antwerp and a master of communication studies at KU Leuven.
