Ine Ausloos is a dedicated associate who provides tailored guidance on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters to both startups and established businesses. Her expertise includes corporate governance, fund structuring, venture capital investments, and mergers & acquisitions.
Ine obtained her law degree from Ghent University in 2022. Prior to joining Cambrian, Ine gained experience as an associate at a boutique tax law firm. Ine also pursued a post-master’s degree in Corporate Law at the University of Leuven (KUL) and a Postgraduate Program in Tax Sciences and Tax Practice at the Brussels Tax College (Fiscale Hogeschool).
