Ferre is an associate who provides tailored guidance on a broad spectrum of corporate matters to founders and companies at all stages of growth, as well as venture capital funds active within the technology and innovation scene. His expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, venture capital transactions and corporate restructurings.
He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Ghent (UGent) and has furthered his expertise through an advanced Master’s program in Company Law at the University of Leuven (KUL).
Prior to joining Cambrian in 2025, Ferre gained extensive experience as a corporate lawyer within a leading notarial practice and as an associate in a Corporate/M&A practice.
