With over a decade of consulting experience across diverse industries, Céline has built strong expertise in operational excellence and process optimization.
As COO, she oversees day-to-day operations, financial performance, and team development, while working closely with the partnership group to deliver the firm’s strategic vision. A strong believer in collaboration and continuous improvement, Céline fosters a high-performance culture rooted in transparency and integrity.
Prior to joining Cambrian, she held consulting and business management roles, with a consistent focus on building resilient and future-ready employees and organizations. Céline obtained a Master in Business Economics from KU Leuven.
