Cambrian has several openings for Junior Associates Corporate Law in our Antwerp office. You will kick-start your career by diving into the innovation economy head first and providing innovative companies and their investors various corporate legal advisory services, including M&A, fund formation, PE/VC investments and joint ventures. You share our passion for innovation and are eager to further develop and expand our practice together.
The ideal candidate is a Belgian-qualified lawyer with 0 to 2 years of experience in investment transactions, M&A and general corporate matters. While qualifications certainly count, we value performance and strong commitment to excellence and client satisfaction even more.
