Lowie Dekrem is an associate focusing on corporate and commercial transactions. He assists emerging and established companies in the various stages of their corporate lifecycle, including pre-incorporation planning, venture capital financings, strategic collaborations, and mergers and acquisitions.
He has also a particular interest in guiding technology companies in their day-to-day legal challenges by structuring, drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide variety of commercial and corporate related transactions documents.
Lowie holds a law degree from the University of Antwerp (UA) and obtained an additional Master degree in corporate law (KUL).
