Lotte Kolen is a senior associate with a focus on corporate and technology law matters. Lotte is passionate about assisting emerging and established companies, both domestic and international, throughout the various stages of their life cycle, including incorporation, venture capital financings, technology transactions, strategic collaborations as well as mergers and acquisitions. She also provides counsel to clients on the formation and operations of private investment funds.
In addition, Lotte frequently assists technology companies in their day-to-day challenges by structuring and negotiating a wide variety of commercial transactions.
Lotte is a graduate of the University of Leuven (KUL). She also obtained an additional master of corporate law at the University of Leuven. Prior to joining Cambrian in 2021, Lotte was an associate at Eversheds Sutherland.
