Jasper Willems is a corporate associate and assists emerging growth companies in the various stages of their corporate lifecycle, including pre-incorporation planning, venture capital financings, management equity incentive implementation, setting-up joint ventures and strategic partnerships and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Jasper also assists domestic and international venture capital funds in their set-up and their investments and divestments in portfolio companies.
Jasper holds a law degree from the University of Leuven (KUL) and obtained an additional master degree in corporate law (KUL) and a postgraduate in tax law (FHS).
Prior to joining Cambrian in 2021, Jasper was an associate at Cresco.
