Charissa is our Chief Operating Officer, leading our efforts to strengthen operational excellence and expand our presence as the go-to law firm for companies and investors in the Belgian tech and innovation scene.
With over a decade of experience in Management Consulting and Business Transformations, Charissa brings expertise in operational excellence, customer centricity, and value creation. Operating under the mantra “Together we can achieve more”, Charissa fosters inclusivity and believes in the potential contribution of every individual. She approaches collaboration with a strong emphasis on integrity.
Prior to Cambrian, Charissa was head of strategy and PMO at Konings, and principal consultant/ practice lead at Nova Reperta. She obtained her master in energy engineering at KU Leuven and Grenoble INP.
